Terms
VPN Number One is provided for private VPN connectivity and account support during the current testing phase.
Users must not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, spam, attacks, credential theft, copyright infringement, or activity that interferes with networks, services, or other users.
Fair use
VPN Number One is a shared service. Each server has a finite amount of bandwidth that is shared between everyone connected to it, so a small number of very heavy users can degrade the experience for everyone else. To keep the service fast and fair for all users, the following limits apply:
- No sustained bulk traffic. Peer-to-peer/torrent traffic, continuous high-bitrate downloading or uploading, bulk scraping, and similar sustained heavy transfers are not permitted.
- No servers or resale. Do not run public servers, hosting, or relays over the connection, and do not resell, share, or redistribute access.
- Personal use. The service is for a person's own private use on their own devices, not for automated traffic or commercial redistribution.
To protect service quality, we may apply per-connection speed limits, temporarily throttle, or suspend connections that generate abusive or disproportionate load. We aim to apply these measures only when necessary and in a way that does not affect normal use — ordinary messaging, browsing, calls, and streaming are unaffected.
Service availability can vary during testing. Features, server locations, device limits, payment options, and support procedures may change before public launch.
